However, acting in good faith, PAID4X will announce any changes through one of the 2 following methods: By a story published on the PROMOTIONS page of the website, or by an email notifying the users that a change has been made, and suggesting that they visit the site to read the new Terms & Conditions.

The terms “Site”, “Paid4X.com” & “PAID4X” refer to the website owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or sub-business entity related to the site in any way.

The terms “User” & “You” refer to the any person who registers for a membership on paid4x.com, and browses the website published on the aforementioned domain, gets any kind of information from the site, promotional or otherwise, with or without using its promotional offers in an attempt to generate financial gains.

You are kindly requested to carefully read, review & assess these Terms and Conditions, before agreeing to them. By merely viewing any part of Paid4X.com, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions without objecting to any of them.

Your usage of Paid4X.com is subject to the following terms of use:

1. User & General Terms

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the website. You warrant that you are indeed 18 years or older at time of registering for a membership on Paid4X.com, and that you are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by, the contract created by these Terms and Conditions, and any future additions or updates that they may have.
Membership is free. Paid4X.com does not charge membership fees. You can register & use the offers advertised on the site with your free membership. Ergo, the User acknowledges that there is no refund policy or any sort of fee claim that they can present to the Site in order to get a refund.
Membership is open to any individual or entity, from any country or territory, who can legally open, verify & successfully fund, at least one trading account with at least one of the brokers promoted on the site at the time of registration. However, Paid4X.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend, or permanently cancel the membership of any User at its sole discretion, with no legal or financial liability assumed, in case there is reason to believe that the User has violated the Terms & Conditions, or that they are causing harm to the site or the Paid4X business in any way, or that the User has engaged, willingly or unwillingly, in any behavior that may harm the reputation, or business of Paid4X.
Paid4X.com reserves the right to change its policy at any time, and to refuse Users from any country or region, to comply with applicable laws, sanctions, broker policy, or for any other reason deemed appropriate in the sole discretion of the management of the Site.
The PAID4X website, published on the domain paid4x.com, including all information, data, offers, promotions, links, advertisements, membership benefits & every publication on the site, is not directed at residents of any country or jurisdiction where such distribution is prohibited by local laws & regulations.
Paid4X.com reserves the right to cancel memberships not used for 365 calendar days, while keeping the wallet balance of the User for 90 days beyond that. The Site will try every attempt possible to contact, and transfer the balance to the User. After the end of the 90-day period, the balance may no longer be available for a withdrawal.
In case of canceling membership, while the User still has balance in his cashback wallet, correspondence through the registered email is considered the main method of communication for contacting the User to arrange transfer of the wallet balance to them.
The 90-day period during which Paid4X.com is required to reserve the wallet balance, is considered to start on the date of the email sent to the User asking them to cooperate in arranging the transfer of the wallet balance.

2. Financial Relationship, Risk & Liability

The User acknowledges their full understanding that Paid4X.com does not provide any trading services, and that this site is only a promotional site for brokers who provide such services themselves.
The User acknowledges that the financial relationship that includes the transfer of the trading capital whether in the form of deposits, withdrawals, profit, loss, or other, is established only between the User and the broker or brokers chosen, and that Paid4X is not in any way a part of this business relationship.
The User also confirms that they have not transferred any amount of the trading capital to PAID4X, its owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or business entity related to the site in any way, and that based on this understanding, the User cannot hold the site, its owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or sub-business entity related to the site in any way, liable for any financial loss due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- - loss from trading
- - the brokers refusal to pay the User realized profit or deposited capital, in part or in full, for any reason that the broker may deem appropriate in their own sole discretion, including violation of the broker’s terms & conditions, or any other reason
- - the broker’s failure to pay the User any capital, profit or financial dues of any kind, for any reason that may arise & cause such failure, including the broker’s bankruptcy, closure of business, payment difficulties in the country of the User, or any other reason.
The User also confirms that they fully understand that PAID4X cannot & will not pay any financial gains for the benefit of User, in the form of cashback, refund, discounts, or other, as advertised in any offer or promotion on the site, unless the broker pays PAID4X in return of promoting its business, and that based on this understanding, the User cannot hold the site, its owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or sub-business entity related to the site in any way, liable for any missed financial gains due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- - the broker’s refusal to pay PAID4X its financial benefits from marketing & promoting the broker, for any reason that the broker may deem appropriate in their own sole discretion, including violation of the broker’s terms & conditions by the User, termination of the marketing agreement(s) with PAID4X, or any other reason
- - the broker’s failure to pay PAID4X its financial benefits from marketing & promoting the broker, for any reason that may arise & cause such failure, including the broker’s bankruptcy, closure of business, payment difficulties, or any other reason.
It is the duty of the User & only the User, to perform due diligence, and evaluate the risks which are associated with trading by nature, when they open an account or several accounts with one or more of the brokers promoted on Paid4X.com.
Any kind of trading, financial or otherwise, comes with a significant possibility of resulting in financial loss. The User acknowledges that they completely understand the risks associated with trading a leveraged CFD account, FX account, and all other types of account which can be opened with any of the brokers promoted on the site.
The User fully understands & acknowledges that the only financial obligation & liability that Paid4X.com has towards the User, is in paying them the advertised cashback per unit of volume traded on the account(s) of the User, on the condition that the User does not violate the terms & conditions of the broker they have their account with.
The User understands that the cashback is limited to a certain percentage of some of promotional fees the site receives from promoted brokers, and acknowledges that this percentage is decided on the sole discretion of Paid4X.com, and can be changed by the Site at any time, with or without prior notice.
The User acknowledges that the cashback is paid only for qualified accounts, which must be opened using the specified links on the site, not using links on the broker site, or any other website aside from Paid4X.com. The User acknowledges that if the account is not opened through Paid4X.com, he/she cannot claim cashback to be paid in any way.
The User acknowledges full understanding that the only financial liability Paid4X.com has towards the User, is to pay them a certain percentage of the promotional fees that Paid4X.com receives from the promoted brokers, only for trades on the User account(s) & only for qualified instruments, not extending to other fees, or to accounts of other User’s in any way.
The User acknowledges that Paid4X.com has the right to remove a broker from the site, and stop paying cashback for users who have accounts with this broker at any time, and for any reason deemed appropriate by PAID4X in its sole discretion. The User acknowledges that once a broker is removed by Paid4X.com, and that this is announced on the website, the site liability to pay the User cashback on trading in their account(s) opened with this broker is immediately ceased.
The User acknowledges that abusing the cashback program, by opening trades that do not comply with the broker’s terms & conditions, will result in the cashback for these trades being voided by the broker.
Paid4X.com does not have any authority over the broker’s terms and the conditions that your trade must meet in order to be paid cashback. The User understand that such a decision is not made by Paid4X.com but by the broker that the User have their account with, and that in cases of dispute, the User understand & accepts that they should carry their complaint to the broker, with Paid4X.com not being a part of this dispute in any way.
The User pledges to accept the final verdict of the broker on whether their trades will be paid cashback or not, and frees Paid4X.com from any obligation, financial or otherwise, for trades that the broker decides not to pay for.
In any case & with no exception whatsoever, the User acknowledges that if the broker does not pay Paid4X.com financial benefits for the trades closed on the User’s account(s), the User has no right to claim any kind of payment for these trades, cashback, refund, compensation, or other.
The User acknowledges that if for any kind of reason, the broker they have their account with, fails to pay the due promotional fees on trades that the User has closed, then Paid4X.com is completely freed, from any financial or legal liability towards the User. The reason for such an incident may be: conflict between Paid4X.com & the broker, dispute over trading volumes on the User account(s), temporary or permanent failure of the broker in transferring the fees to Paid4X.com, bankruptcy of the broker, mere refusal of the broker to pay, or any other reason whatsoever.
The User acknowledges their approval of Paid4X.com deducting the cashback transaction fees, in part or in full, from the cashback withdrawal amount, or the balance of the User’s wallet on the site, if necessary.

3. Information & Data on The Site

The content published on the site is for informational purposes only. Paid4X.com, its owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or business entity related to the site in any way, are not, and do not claim to be, financial advisors.
Paid4X.com does not intend to provide, nor should it be considered as providing, any investment or financial advice of any kind, directly, indirectly, or by proxy, in any part of site, which includes any kind of information or media. The User acknowledges full understanding that no content on the site should be considered as a substitute for professional financial advice.

Paid4X.com, its owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or business entity related to the site in any way, will not be liable for any losses that the User may sustain, as a result of opening one account or more, with one or more of the brokers promoted on the site.
The User acknowledges that they are solely and exclusively responsible for determining whether any product or service promoted on the site with no exception, is appropriate for their financial & investment objectives.
Some brokers offer social trading features, including copying the trades of 3rd party service providers. A User who decides to use such services, do so at their own sole & exclusive responsibility. No other party can be held liable for the losses realized, not the copy trading service provider, not the broker the User has the account with, and certainly not Paid4X.com, its owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or business entity related to the site in any way.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and with no exception, Paid4X.com, its owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or business entity related to the site in any way, will not be held legally or financially liable for any losses, direct or indirect damages, expenses or any form of cost, nor for other financial mishap, which may arise, directly or indirectly, from using any sort of content published on the site or through communications with the User.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and with no exception, Paid4X.com, its owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or business entity related to the site in any way, will not be held legally or financially liable for any losses, direct or indirect damages, expenses or any form of cost, nor for other financial mishap, which may arise, directly or indirectly, from buying a product or subscribing to a service from the ones advertised on the site, including but not limited to: account opening offers, signal services, automated trading products, managed account services, copy trading, or any other service or product which is advertised on the site.
The User acknowledges full understanding that no offer advertised or promoted on the site should be considered a basis to start, resume, or continue trading, nor to change brokers from the broker of the User to a broker promoted or advertised on the site. The decision to start, continue, or resume, trading or investing, or to change broker, or to open an account with any broker on the site, shall be made by the User themselves, after careful consideration, and in accordance with their financial abilities, and investment objectives. The User acknowledges that any decision of such sort will be made by them, and that the responsibility of any consequences of such a decision is the responsibility of the User alone, with no legal or financial liability assumed by Paid4X.com.
The User agrees to protect and fully compensate Paid4X.com its owners, managers, employees, agents, associates, or any individual or business entity related to the site in any way, from any and all 3rd-party claims, losses, direct or indirect damages, expenses or any form of cost, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees, which may arise, directly or indirectly, from the User utilizing of the service, or violation of these terms & conditions, or infringement by the User or by any other individual or entity using your account, of any intellectual property or any other right.
Reproduction of any material which is owned by us or licensed to Paid4X.com is prohibited by law. That includes, the design of the website, the features on the pages, the media published, the logos, banners, and business names. The User acknowledges that they cannot use any of the above-mentioned material without a prior written notice from the management of Paid4X.com.
Unauthorized reproduction of any part of Paid4X.com, including but not limited to, logos, business names, designs, pages, menus, forms, agreements, articles, videos, banners, links, or any other form of publication or media, may lead to a claim for damages and constitute a criminal offence.

4. Security of Profile, Account & Cashback Funds

PAID4X takes measures to ensure that the profiles, accounts & cashback funds in the User’s wallet are safe. We use the latest website security technology & setting to protect User data. However, no technology can guarantee 100% protection.
In the highly unlikely but still possible case of a security failure, PAID4X shall not be held financially or legally liable.
The User agrees to a Convenient Not to Sue in any case of a security breech, whether or not, the breech caused direct or indirect financial loss to the User, including but no limited to, the transfer of a part of, or the whole wallet balance on paid4x.com to another wallet.
In order to minimize such a potential, PAID4X request the User to confirm the withdrawal request via email before executing it, or request any kind of documentation, screenshots, or other. This is the limit of PAID4X liability.
The user is the sole custodian of their login credentials & must keep them in a safe place all the time. If another person acquires these credentials, with the approval of the User or without it, the User is the only person or entity responsible legally & financially for any result of the actions that any other person take while logged in using their credentials, including but not limited to, the transfer of the wallet balance, in part or in full, to another outside wallet, or violating the Terms & Conditions of PAID4X, or any applicable terms & condition of brokers, or other 3rd party service providers.

5. Legal & Dispute

In the event that any article or part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining parts of the Terms & Conditions will not be affected.
In case of signing a translated version of these Terms & Conditions on the website, if a situation arises where there is a conflict, ambiguity, or loss of material, the English version of these Terms & conditions is the one that is legally enforced.
When using the website, the User pledges to comply with all applicable laws, that apply to their investment & usage of our services.
When using the website, the User shall not engage in any illegal activity with the use of the membership, or any of the services that PAID4X provides, or while using the services, offers & promotions provided by brokers or 3rd party service providers or advertisers on the site.
The User is responsible & liable for all taxes (if any) associated with the cashback earnings & the trading profit. All payments to the User by the Site are not taxed, and will not be adjusted.
In the case of a dispute arising, both parties agree to try to solve the conflict in good faith, and in consistence with the general business practices of the field in specific.
If the conflict persists, and Paid4X.com chooses to take legal action, the User irrevocably:
- a. Agrees that the courts of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any proceedings,
- b. Waives any objection which the User may have at any time to the bringing of any proceedings in any such court, and
- Agrees not to claim that such proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum or that such court does not have jurisdiction over the User.
